A & J Audhali Fresh Farm Foods has a name deeply rooted within the Halal meat and poultry industry. The Audhali family grew up on working farms and knew every facet of the meat process from procurement of livestock to production all the way through to master butchery.

Starting with one van and a 2500 square foot unit, two brothers, Andy and Jeff, created A & J Audhali Fresh Farm Foods Ltd. forming a niche business specialising in over 100 Halal products. They quickly became a one-stop shop for butchers, caterers and even other wholesalers.

Twenty-two years later, the company is now one of the UK’s leading experts in Halal wholesale operating out of its state of the art 30,000 square foot distribution centre with a fleet of over 20 refrigerated vehicles.

Quality

They have a personal long-standing relationship with nearly every supplier they work with which ensures every product is specifically procured for its quality and freshness and any possible issue is dealt with efficiently.

They specialise in Halal poultry and Halal beef but also stock a vast range of other Halal products such as Halal diced goat, Masala fish and Halal Smoked Turkey products.

They also supply HMC certified beef and poultry including HMC Angus fillet steaks, HMC Angus Tomahawk steaks and HMC whole birds.
